The time zone of the calendar automatically adapts to the time zone of your device. If you are traveling at the time of booking, please select the time zone of the location where you will be during your session.

The times are displayed in 24-hour format (not am/pm). You may see times very early in the morning or at night, as our sessions now take place worldwide (Canada, Europe, Asia). For example, if a session shows as 2:00, it means the session will take place at 2:00 AM in your time zone.
In the details of each session, the YKA team member facilitating the session is displayed (our team is expanding day by day!).

The calendar is updated during the last week of the month for the following month. If you no longer see available sessions, please sign up for the newsletter at the bottom of the page to be notified of the opening of sessions for the next month.
