This training will take you on a captivating journey, allowing you to be initiated into the art of Yatra Kundalini Activation while gaining an in-depth understanding of the theoretical principles behind it. Over the course of 6 months, you will be guided through learning the method, while continuing your personal growth and elevation.

For now, our trainings are only offered in French, in France, and in Bali, Indonesia.

Céline Bergamini

After guiding over 6,000 individuals in sessions and training over 220 students, Céline Bergamini invites you to train alongside her to benefit from her experience. During the training, you will receive a transmission of all her practical and theoretical knowledge about the method, enabling you to become a Yatra Kundalini Activation Facilitator yourself.

For now, our trainings are only offered in French, in two locations:

The training includes 3/4 days in-person, and 6 months online course and Zoom meetings follow-up.

  • Change my booking
    It is possible to modify your booking for another session if done more than 24 hours before the session (after this period, the session is non-modifiable and non-refundable). Simply log in to your member account on the website, with the email you used during the reservation, or your PayPal email. Then go to “My Profile” > “My Reservations” > “Reschedule.” You can choose the one you want if it is not full. If you are unable to access your space, you can click on “forgot password” or try using another email address you might have used.
  • Refund Policy
    The sessions are refundable up to 24 hours before an online session and 48 hours before an in-person session. After this period, sessions cannot be modified or refunded. To request a refund, please contact us at contact@yatrakundaliniactivation.com, specifying the subject of your request, as well as the date and time of your reservation. A flat fee of 10% will be applied to cover transaction fees. You can also choose to receive a credit (no charge) or transfer your session to a friend (no charge).
  • Where do you practice?

  • Is it possible to have private sessions?
    We do not offer private sessions at the moment; sessions are exclusively conducted in groups.
  • How to train in Yatra Kundalini Activation?
    Céline Bergamini offers training for Facilitators in Yatra Kundalini Activation in Paris, Bordeaux, and Bali. For more information, please visit the training page.
  • From when can one start practicing after the training?
    You will be able to practice as a Facilitator immediately after the in-person training, as it provides you with all the practical knowledge needed to start working. The 6 months of online courses will serve to strengthen your theoretical knowledge, provide session support, and address any questions regarding your practice. Therefore, you won’t need to wait until the end of the 6-month training to begin practicing.
  • Is accommodation included in the training fee?
    Accommodation and meals are not included for trainings in France. Each participant arranges their own transport and accommodations independently. For trainings in Bali (3 nights/4 days), full-board accommodation and meals are included. Transport is not included.
  • How do the online courses work?
    The online classes are structured as follows: 1 theoretical course module to be followed independently at home, released each month on an e-learning platform. 1 monthly Zoom follow-up session is organized, with dates provided approximately 3–4 weeks in advance, and a replay will be available in case of unavailability. 1 coupon will be given each month to reserve a free online session (on the date of your choice). 5 online Shaktipat sessions with a Hindu guru (optional), starting from module 3.
  • Until when can one register for the training?
    There is no registration deadline for the training. However, spots fill up quickly and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Therefore, it is recommended to secure your spot as soon as you have decided on a training date.
  • Can the training be paid in installments?
    Yes, you can pay for the training in one, two, or three installments. The total amount must be paid before the start of the in-person training. A 50€ administrative fee will apply for payments made in two or three installments. Payments made in full at once do not incur any fees.
  • Contraindications
    Contraindications: Psychological: psychiatric conditions or history of psychiatric disorders, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, individuals on neuroleptic or antipsychotic medications. Physical: cardiovascular issues (history of heart attacks, strokes...), high blood pressure, epilepsy, glaucoma, severe asthma, recent surgery, pregnancy. Sessions are open to individuals aged 18 and over. Although results, including physical benefits, frequently occur due to the release of inner conflicts, Yatra Kundalini Activation is not a substitute for medical treatment.
  • Are the sessions secure?
    Sessions are fully secure. Although the process can be intense for some, it remains gentle and respects each individual's pace. Those not ready for a high level of intensity will experience more subtle effects during the session. Trust in your body’s natural intelligence. Your life energy is activated with the aim of healing you and helping you feel better. The facilitator is trained to guide you safely from the beginning to the end of the session.
  • How to properly prepare for a YKA session?
    Here are our recommendations: Eat only light foods on the day of the session; avoid coffee and sugar before the session. Stop eating at least 3 hours before the session to avoid digestion during the session. Do not consume alcohol or substances in the 24 hours leading up to the session. Wear comfortable clothing and remove your jewelry to feel freer. Come with an open mind and an open heart. 💖
  • How many sessions should one do?
    There is no specific number of sessions to attend. The more you participate in the sessions, the more you will see gradual and lasting benefits in your life. There is no minimum waiting period between two sessions. Some people choose to schedule sessions closer together to increase their intensity and see improvements more quickly. Others prefer to wait a certain period to have more time to integrate the experience. Listen to your intuition, and follow your inner rhythm to know when the right time will be for you to resume a new session.
  • How can I modify or cancel my session?
    Modifications or cancellations of your booking are possible up to 24 hours before the session. After this time, the session is non-modifiable and non-refundable, with no exceptions. Missed sessions will still be charged. Modifications: To change the date of your online session, please log into your member area, automatically created with your booking email. Click on “My Bookings” then “Modify My Session,” and select a new date. You can change your session, receive a credit, or transfer your session to someone else, free of charge. Cancellations & Refunds: A 10% fee will apply to cover transaction costs in case of a refund request. To request a refund, please contact us via email at: contact@yatrakundaliniactivation.fr Late Arrivals: Any delay of more than 15 minutes for a session will result in automatic cancellation of the booking, without the possibility of rescheduling or a refund.
  • When are the next dates?

Check your internet connection before joining the session, and make sure to have the Zoom application installed on your device (you don't need a paid license, a free account is sufficient).   • Can my pet be present during the online session?
    You can participate in the online session with your pet in the room. However, if you think your pet might disturb your experience by seeking your attention, it’s best to keep them in another room for the full duration of your inner journey (1 hour).
  • How many sessions are needed?
    There is no set number of Yatra Kundalini Activation sessions to attend. The more sessions you participate in, the more you will experience progressive and lasting benefits in your life. There is no minimum waiting time between sessions. Some people choose to have sessions closer together to increase their intensity and see improvements more quickly. Others prefer to wait for a certain period to allow more time to integrate the experience. Trust your intuition, and follow your inner rhythm to know when the right moment is for you to attend another session.
  • How can I modify or cancel my session?

  • How to be 2 participants for an online group session
    To do a session for two, each person must make an individual reservation, and preferably have a separate screen so that the facilitator can see you both clearly. You can definitely be in the same room, ideally with either a speaker or each using wireless headphones.
  • When will the next dates be?
    If no dates are available for booking, or if the sessions are fully booked, you can sign up for the newsletter at this link to be notified of the opening of upcoming sessions. The session calendar is usually updated in the last week of the month for the following month.
  • How does a session unfold?
    Yatra Kundalini Activation is a process of letting go. It is not a voluntary or self-generated process, such as Kundalini Yoga. There are no prerequisites before the session; they are accessible to everyone (except contraindications, see the dedicated section). It is a moment of surrender, trust, vulnerability, and opening of the heart. Close your eyes and let your whole body listen. The activation during the sessions is a manifestation of unblocking the energy pathways in the different channels of the brain and body. Depression, illness, and a wide range of mental, physical, and emotional problems arise when the connections in the body are inhibited due to unprocessed thought patterns, behaviors, and emotions or consolidating addictive behaviors. This activation process helps individuals to deprogram their conditioning and detach from these habitual patterns, thereby allowing the opening of new neural pathways. We revisit the childlike spirit while being adults. You should plan a total of 2 hours for a group YKA session: 30 minutes of introduction and preparation 1 hour of inner journey with musical background 30 minutes of conclusion and Q&A

Do not consume alcohol, other substances, meat, or dairy products in the 24 hours leading up to the session. Wear comfortable clothing and remove your jewelry to feel freer.   • Contraindications
    It is contraindicated to participate in a session in the following cases: Psychological: Pathologies or a history of psychiatric disorders, bipolarity, schizophrenia, individuals on neuroleptic or antipsychotic medication. Physical: Cardiovascular disorders (history of heart attack, stroke, etc.), hypertension, epilepsy, glaucoma, severe asthma, recent surgery, pregnancy. Even though results, including physical ones, regularly manifest due to the release of internal conflicts, Yatra Kundalini Activation is not a medical device. For everyone else, sessions are open to all from the age of 18. Individuals suffering from depression and on antidepressants are welcome to participate.
  • How long should you wait between two sessions ?
    There is no minimum time to wait between two sessions (during retreats, for example, we have 2 sessions a day). The important thing is to follow your rhythm, listen to your intuition, to know when the right moment is for you to participate again in a Yatra Kundalini Activation session.
  • Is it dangerous ?
    During a Yatra Kundalini Activation session, there is no forced energy. It is a gentle process that can sometimes be intense, but it respects each person's system. Your energy is like your body; it is intelligent, and during the experience, it will not go further than where you are ready to go. Yatra Kundalini Activation sessions, whether in-person or remote, are secure. There is no danger in participating in a remote session alone at home, as the process is secure and will proceed at your own pace. Please consult the "contraindications" section to check if you are fit to participate in a session.
  • Is it possible to fall asleep during the session ?
    We recommend staying awake for the entire duration of the session to reap the maximum benefits. If you do fall asleep during the online session, it indicates that your body needs rest at that time. It is almost impossible to fall asleep during an in-person session.
  • Why does the body move during a Kundalini session?
    Spontaneous movements, known as kriyas, are common experiences during Yatra Kundalini Activation sessions. They occur involuntarily, manifesting as shaking, tremors, or jolts in the body. These kriyas are caused by an increase in electrical discharge along the motor nerves and muscle fibers, leading to spontaneous contractions or vibrations that move the body. Kriyas are a way for the body to release vital energy (Prana) and stagnant or blocked emotions, allowing for a sense of liberation and lightness. These are temporary experiences that happen as neural networks, the endocrine system, and energy networks adapt and integrate amplified signals related to the awakening of vital energy and electricity circulating in the frontal lobe of the brain. There is also a form of yoga called Kriya Yoga that allows participants to perform voluntary movements to achieve similar results. This practice is highly complementary to Yatra Kundalini Activation.
